Kevin Murphy Full Body Blowout is a four-product routine for blow-dried hair that wants more body: repairing shampoo and conditioner, a leave-in plumping treatment and a flexible texturising hairspray.

How it works

BLOW.DRY WASH is a nourishing and repairing shampoo with added protection against heat damage when used as part of the BLOW.DRY regimen, and BLOW.DRY RINSE is the matching nourishing, repairing conditioner. BODY.MASS is a leave-in plumping conditioning treatment that adds visible thickness to each strand, and BEDROOM.HAIR is a flexible, texturising hairspray that adds touchable texture and movement without a stiff feel.

Order of use

1. BLOW.DRY WASH on wet hair, massage into hair and scalp, rinse and repeat.
2. BLOW.DRY RINSE on the mid-lengths and ends after BLOW.DRY WASH, rinse thoroughly.
3. BODY.MASS sprayed evenly through damp or towel-dried hair, concentrating on the roots and scalp, not rinsed.
4. Blow-dry as usual.
5. BEDROOM.HAIR sprayed on dry hair as a finishing product.

Who it suits

Fine or flat hair that is regularly blow-dried and needs more fullness, plus anyone who likes a lived-in, textured finish rather than a stiff, sprayed look.

What it will not do

It will not make fine hair genuinely thicker, only look and feel fuller, and BEDROOM.HAIR is a finishing spray with flexible hold rather than strong hold. BODY.MASS contains alcohol denat. and all four products contain fragrance.

Step 1 - BLOW.DRY WASH: apply to wet hair, massage into hair and scalp, rinse and repeat.
