Anua Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner

Anua Rice 70 Glow Milky Toner is a lightweight milky toner for dull or dehydrated skin that wants hydration and a healthy glow. Anua builds it on what it calls 70% Anua Rice Water+; its ingredient list shows Oryza Sativa (Rice) Bran Water at 71%.

How it works

Rice bran water forms the base, with rice extract at 3,753ppm, as listed by Anua. Glycerin, betaine, panthenol and three forms of hyaluronic acid draw water into the surface layers, while ceramides NP, AP and EOP with cholesterol and phytosphingosine support the skin barrier. Niacinamide helps with skin texture and an even-looking tone. The milky texture sits between a toner and an essence, so it hydrates without feeling heavy.

Who it suits

Dull, dehydrated or tired-looking skin, and people aiming for a dewy glass-skin finish. Anua also tested it on oily skin and reports that excess sebum improved by 12.9% after four weeks. Anua lists it as fragrance-free.

What it will not do

It is not an exfoliating toner and will not remove dead skin or unclog pores. It will not fade dark spots or post-blemish marks on its own, and it gives no sun protection.

Good to know

It comes in two sizes, 150ml and 250ml. Use it straight after cleansing, morning and night, before serums and moisturiser.
