Anua Collagen Retinol Refining Gua Sha Cream 80ml

Anua Collagen Retinol Refining Gua Sha Cream is a firming neck cream that also covers the jawline and décolleté, with a built-in gua sha massage head on the tube. Twist the metal-lined head to ON and the cream comes out through it, ready to massage in.

How it works

Anua calls it a firming trio of retinol, collagen and peptides. Retinol, a vitamin A derivative, helps the look of fine lines and texture over time. Peptides are included for the look of firmness; collagen and hydrolysed collagen help skin feel hydrated and smoother. Anua does not state the retinol percentage.

Who it suits

Adults who want a simple routine for the look of neck lines and a more defined-looking jawline. According to Anua, the cream is fragrance-free and was tested on sensitive skin.

What it will not do

It will not lift, reshape or remove a double chin, and it does not replace sun protection. Collagen in a cream does not add volume inside the skin; it works on the surface for hydration. Changes are gradual.

Anua reports results from a test by the Korea Institute of Dermatological Sciences (11–25 February 2026, 31 women aged 30+, 2 weeks of use): a 26.71% improvement in the look of deep-set neck lines, 19.62% in fine neck lines and 2.53% in neck elasticity. These are cosmetic measurements; individual results vary. Introduce it gradually, use daily SPF on the exposed neck and décolleté, and avoid irritated or broken skin, including with the gua sha head. The ingredient list includes chamomile flower oil, so patch test first. If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before using retinol.

1. Prep and power on: turn the head to ON and apply the cream to your jaw, neck and décolleté.
2. Lift and massage: massage upwards for 5 minutes.
3. Clean and close: wipe the head with an alcohol swab or a dry tissue, then turn the head to OFF.
Anua presents this as a 5-minute daily ritual. Because it contains retinol, start a few times a week (evenings are a good choice) and build up as your skin tolerates it. Use daily SPF on the exposed neck and décolleté, and do not use the cream or the gua sha head on irritated or broken skin.
