MISSHA Airy Fit Sheet Mask Aloe 19g

MISSHA Airy Fit Sheet Mask Aloe is a single-use 19g sheet mask with aloe leaf extract for dry skin that needs moisture and a fresher, calmer look. MISSHA says the aloe formula gives dry skin intense moisture and helps it hold on to hydration, and its European description adds that it relieves the look of redness and leaves a fresh finish. It is one of the lighter, water-type masks in the Airy Fit range.

How it works

The thin Airy Fit sheet is soaked in a watery essence and stays close to the skin for 15-20 minutes, so the essence keeps in contact with the skin instead of drying off. Aloe barbadensis leaf extract is the featured ingredient. The formula also lists glycerin, sodium hyaluronate and beta-glucan, which attract and hold water in the upper layers of the skin, plus allantoin and licorice root extract, often used for a comfortable, soothed feel.

Who it suits

Dry or dehydrated skin, skin that looks a little red or stressed after sun, wind or air conditioning, and anyone who wants a quick moisture boost before make-up. Suitable for women and men.

What it will not do

It is a cosmetic moisture mask. It will not treat rosacea, eczema, sunburn or any other skin condition, and the calmer look is temporary. It does not replace your daily moisturiser or sunscreen.

Good to know

The essence contains essential oils (bergamot and cypress), so very reactive skin should patch test first. Use each sheet once and do not let it dry out on the face.

1. After cleansing, prepare the skin with a little toner.
2. Unfold the sheet and place it on the face, avoiding the eyes and mouth.
3. Leave it on for 15-20 minutes, then remove it.
4. Gently pat the remaining essence into the skin until absorbed. Do not rinse.
5. Use any essence left in the pouch on the neck, arms or legs. Each sheet is for single use.
