Kevin Murphy MAXI.WASH 250ml is a detox shampoo that lifts product and mineral build-up from the hair and scalp.

How it works

Kevin Murphy describes MAXI.WASH as a gentle detoxifying shampoo with a blend of essential oils that purifies and balances the scalp while leaving natural oils intact. Fruit-derived alpha hydroxy acids (sugarcane extract, malic acid and lactic acid) gently exfoliate the hair surface, alongside rosemary, thyme and chamomile extracts, witch hazel and tea tree leaf oil.

Who it suits

Hair and scalp weighed down by styling products, dry shampoo or minerals, and anyone who wants a clean slate before a treatment. Kevin Murphy also positions it as an ideal pre-colour shampoo.

What it will not do

MAXI.WASH is a reset, not a moisturiser. Follow it with a conditioning rinse or masque, and use it as an occasional clarifying wash rather than assuming it must replace every shampoo.

Apply to wet hair.
Massage gently through the hair and scalp without scrubbing.
Leave on for one minute, then rinse.
