After shampooing, remove excess water from hair and apply directly to the lengths and ends. Massage to cover hair evenly and comb through to distribute to the roots. Rinse thoroughly. Use one dose (20ml) for short hair, two doses (40ml) for long hair, adding an extra dose for very long or very curly hair. Follow with Heart of Glass Rich Conditioner or Intense Treatment if needed.
