CENTELLIAN24 Expert Madeca Cream Active Renew PDRN is a firming face cream with centella and PDRN, for adults who want to care for the look of elasticity and stressed, dry or heat-stressed skin. Centellian24 (Dongkook Pharmaceutical) calls it the high-intensity firming cream of its Madeca range.

How it works

The brand's TECA-PDRN complex is stated at 20,000ppm: TECA (titrated extract of Centella asiatica) with 5D-PDRN from five sources (cica, salmon, marine, rose and heartleaf) plus Damask rose water. Pure PDRN, listed as Sodium DNA, is stated at 2,000ppm. Niacinamide, panthenol, ceramide NP and several forms of hyaluronic acid help keep skin hydrated. The peach-toned cream has an elastic, firming-hold texture that wraps the skin like a second layer.

Who it suits

Women and men with dry or tired-looking skin who want the look of firmer skin. Centellian24 also positions it as comfort care for skin that feels hot or tight after in-clinic treatments; follow your practitioner's aftercare advice first.

What it will not do

It will not lift sagging skin like a procedure, remove deep wrinkles or treat any skin condition, including pigmentation disorders. It offers no sun protection.

Centellian24 reports that skin elasticity improved by 25.56% after one use and that the look of dark spots showed a 9.44% visible improvement after one week, in a test by the Korea Dermatology Research Institute (5 June to 18 July 2025, 22 participants); cosmetic measures, not medical results. It contains no retinoids. It contains essential oils (lavender, bergamot, orange peel, rosemary, Roman chamomile), so patch test first. Its salmon PDRN means it is not vegan.

1. After cleansing (and your serum), take an appropriate amount and apply it gently over the face as the final step of your routine.
2. For more elasticity care, Centellian24 suggests layering it over its 360 Shot PDRN Active Serum.
3. When your skin needs intensive care, apply about twice your usual amount in the evening, or use it like a sleeping mask.
4. In the morning, finish with sunscreen.
5. Patch test first if your skin is easily irritated.
