Dr.Jart+ sorts its masks by job, not by name. Ceramidin is for a dry, flaky barrier. Vital Hydra Solution is for dehydrated, tight-feeling skin. Porecting Solution and Pore Remedy are for pores and oil. Cryo Rubber is a once-a-week treatment that comes in four versions. The table below matches each mask to a symptom.
We stock nine of them, and this is the question we are asked most often about the brand — because the names give a shopper almost nothing to go on. "Porecting" is easy to misread as "perfecting" or "protecting". So here is the range sorted by the problem you are trying to fix.
Which Dr.Jart+ mask should I use for my skin problem?
Find your symptom in the middle column. Everything here is in stock as of October 2026.

| Vital Hydra Solution PRO Mask 26g | Skin feels tight and looks flat rather than flaky | Sheet, microfibre | 2–3 × week |

| Cryo Rubber with Brightening Vitamin C | Skin looks dull and uneven in tone | Two-step rubber | 1–2 × week |

The full range sits in the Dr.Jart+ collection, alongside the creams and serums that do the daily work between masks.
What is the difference between a sheet mask, a rubber mask and a mud mask?
The format decides how deep the ingredients get, so it matters as much as the active.
A sheet mask is fabric soaked in essence. It holds that essence against the skin for fifteen or twenty minutes so the water has time to absorb rather than evaporate. Gentlest of the three, and the cheapest way to try a line.
A two-step rubber mask — the Cryo Rubber format — works by occlusion. A concentrated ampoule goes on first, then a rubberised layer sets firm over the top. Because nothing can evaporate through it, more of the ampoule goes into the skin instead of into the air. That is also why it feels cold as it hardens, and why it gives the most visible same-day result.
A mud mask works in the opposite direction: clay absorbs oil and loosens what sits in the pores, then you rinse it off. It is the only one of the three that removes something.
Which Dr.Jart+ mask is best for a dry or damaged skin barrier?
Either Ceramidin mask. Both are built on ceramides, the lipids your skin already uses to hold its outer layer together. When that layer is depleted, water escapes faster than skin can replace it — which is why a weakened barrier feels dry even just after moisturising.
Ceramidin Skin Barrier Moisturizing Mask 22g
The standard Ceramidin sheet mask. Our product page describes five types of ceramide working alongside moisture-binding actives to help rebuild the protective layer and reduce the look of flakiness. Gentle enough to use as recovery after sun exposure or over-exfoliation, which is the situation most people are in when they come looking for it. See the mask.
Ceramidin Cream-Infused Mask 18g
The same idea with a thicker vehicle: the sheet is soaked in the Ceramidin cream formula rather than a watery essence. A cream sits on the skin longer before absorbing, giving the ceramides more contact time with rough patches. Choose this if thin sheet masks have underwhelmed you, or if your dryness is the air-conditioned-office kind. See the mask.
Weighing up the whole line rather than the masks? We compared it in Ceramidin vs Cicapair: which does your skin need?
Which Dr.Jart+ mask is best for dehydrated, tight-feeling skin?
Vital Hydra Solution PRO Mask 26g
Dehydration and dryness are different problems. Dry skin lacks oil and flakes. Dehydrated skin lacks water, feels tight and looks flat — and it happens to oily skin just as readily. If you are shiny by lunchtime but still feel tight, you are dehydrated, not dry.
This is the mask for that. Our listing describes a water-gel formula built around Hyaluronic Acid and PENTAVITIN, with Panthenol to settle the tightness, on an ultra-thin microfibre sheet that sits close enough for the essence to sink in rather than pool on top. It is also what we point beginners to, because a thin sheet is hard to get wrong. See the mask.
Which Dr.Jart+ mask is best for pores and oily skin?
There are two, and they are not interchangeable — one adds moisture while refining texture, the other removes oil.
Dermask Porecting Solution Mask 28g
A sheet mask aimed at the look of enlarged pores and the rough texture around them. Pore-tightening actives work on the appearance of the pore while gentle exfoliating ingredients smooth the buildup that makes pores look worse than they are. Unlike a clay treatment it stays hydrating, so skin is not left stripped. Works as a pre-makeup smoothing step. See the mask.
Dermask Pore Remedy Purifying Mud Mask Pack 13g
The rinse-off option: a mineral-rich mud spread over the T-zone or whole face for ten to fifteen minutes, where the clay draws out oil and buildup while calming ingredients stop it feeling harsh. For skin that feels congested by midday, rather than skin that merely looks textured. See the mask.
Is there a Dr.Jart+ peeling mask?
Dr.Jart+ makes a mask called the Dermask Ultra Jet Peeling Solution, but we do not currently stock it — so if that exact product is what you came for, this is not the shop that has it.
We mention it because many people search for a "Dr.Jart+ peeling mask" when what they actually want is smoother texture and less visible pores. If that is you, the Porecting Solution mask is the one in our range that does that job, without the stripped feeling a peel can leave. If you specifically want chemical exfoliation, a leave-on acid product will serve you better than any sheet mask — fifteen minutes is too short a contact time to peel anything.
What do the four Cryo Rubber masks actually do?
All four share the two-step occlusive format above. The only difference is the ampoule, so pick by what the ampoule targets.
Cryo Rubber with Moisturizing Hyaluronic Acid
Hyaluronic Acid under the rubber seal, for skin that is dehydrated and tight. The deepest hydration hit in the range, and the one worth using the night before something. See the mask.
Cryo Rubber with Soothing Allantoin
Allantoin, for skin that is irritated or overworked — after sun, after a strong active, or during a week when skin has started acting up. The gentlest of the four. See the mask.
Cryo Rubber with Brightening Vitamin C
Vitamin C, for skin that looks dull or uneven in tone. Layers sensibly into a routine that already has a Vitamin C serum. See the mask.
Cryo Rubber Firming Mask with Adenosine
Adenosine, for skin starting to lose firmness, for a tighter look on the day. That is a cosmetic, same-day effect on appearance, not a structural change — worth being clear-eyed about before you buy it. See the mask.
Does living in Cyprus change which mask you need?
It changes the timing more than the choice. Two things we see repeatedly here:
- Air conditioning is the dryness nobody blames. Tight, dull skin in July gets attributed to the heat; more often it is eight hours in dehumidified indoor air. That is a Vital Hydra Solution or Ceramidin Cream-Infused problem, and it runs right through summer rather than peaking in winter.
- UV here is a year-round load, not a six-week one. Post-sun soothing matters as much in October as in July, which is why the Allantoin Cryo Rubber and the Ceramidin sheet mask sell steadily out of season — while the Pore Remedy mud mask is the one that moves through the humid months.
What a face mask cannot do
A mask is a top-up, not a routine. The effect lasts days, not weeks, and none of these will outperform using a decent moisturiser consistently. If you can only afford one thing, buy the cream and skip the mask.
None of them treats a medical condition. They are cosmetics. Acne, rosacea, eczema and melasma are matters for a doctor or dermatologist, and a mask that calms the look of redness is not treating what causes it.
And masking more often does not compound. Three sheet masks a week is plenty; nothing here needs daily use.

Frequently asked questions
How often should I use a Dr.Jart+ sheet mask?
Two to three times a week for the sheet masks, or whenever skin needs extra hydration or calming. The two-step Cryo Rubber masks are stronger treatments and once or twice a week is enough.
How long should I leave a Dr.Jart+ sheet mask on?
Fifteen to twenty minutes. Do not leave it on until fully dry, because a dry sheet pulls moisture back out of the skin. The Cryo Rubber masks need longer — around 20 to 25 minutes, until the rubber layer is firm to the touch.
What is the difference between the two Ceramidin masks?
The 22g Skin Barrier Moisturizing Mask is soaked in a lighter essence; the 18g Cream-Infused Mask is soaked in the Ceramidin cream formula. Same ceramide logic, richer and slower-absorbing in the cream version. Pick the cream one if thin masks have not been enough.
Is there a Dr.Jart+ peeling mask?
Dr.Jart+ makes a Dermask Ultra Jet Peeling Solution, but we do not currently stock it. If you want smoother texture and less visible pores, the Dermask Porecting Solution mask is the one in our range that does that job.
Can I use these masks on sensitive skin?
The Ceramidin masks and the Soothing Allantoin Cryo Rubber are the gentlest options here and are formulated for reactive skin. Patch test first if your skin reacts easily, and skip masking entirely on broken or actively irritated skin.
Which Dr.Jart+ mask should I use the night before an event?
A Cryo Rubber mask, because the occlusive format gives the most visible same-day result — Hyaluronic Acid for plumpness, Vitamin C for glow, Adenosine for a firmer look. If you are masking on the morning itself, the Vital Hydra Solution PRO sheet mask sits better under makeup.
Do I still need moisturiser after a mask?
Yes. A mask delivers water and actives but does little to seal them in. Follow any of these with your usual moisturiser, or the hydration you just added starts evaporating.
