Right of Withdrawal

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, the product must be:

• In its original packaging
• In the same condition that you received it

All returns are inspected, and we reserve the right to refuse any return if the items do not meet these conditions.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product(s) and verify their condition, a refund will be processed within 14 calendar days.

The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or defective products.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched.
